For Devices using SIP Protocol - GK Address sip.asergis.net
For Devices using H323 Protocol - GW Address voip1.asergis.net & voip2.asergis.net
Note: For devices using H323 Protocol, make sure you are using a Public IP Address. H323 does NOT support connection behind NAT Firewall. Dial-up Devices/Phones usually have Public IP Address.
For sending Fax through Asergis service, you need a VoIP Adaptor such as Cisco ATA with H323 Firmware. Please read the H323 procedure guide for details.
