How am I billed?
Asergis is a prepaid service. At the time you register, we take relevant credit card information from you and charge your credit card for the amount you agreed upon. We also charge your credit card as necessary in order to maintain a positive balance. Should your card fail to authorise, we may make an attempt to contact you to inform you. How do I access my account?
You can access your current charges, your account settings, and your activity by signing into your My Account.
This will take you to our website that will allow you to view usage, billing and other relevant information.

How can I view and change my account settings?
After you have established an account with us, you may sign into your My Account to view or change any parameters, including credit card numbers, etc.

What information is necessary to sign up?
Signing up with Asergis is easy. Go to the Asergis website - www.asergis.com page and you will be guided through the process. You will need the following information (name, address, authorised person and a valid credit card) to open your account.

Do you require a contract?
We currently do NOT require a contract for most telecom services.

How soon can i start using your services?
Usually within the same day. Once you have entered your information and your credit card has been approved, then our technical staff will email you a detailed set of instructions on how to configure your network. You may then make calls.

Do you have monthly minimums? Start-up fees? Account close-out fees?
We have small monthly minimum fees for IAX and SIP termination and international calls. We typically require a setup fee for each service. We have no fee to close an account. If you have a positive balance, we will refund your payments, usually by credit entry within 48 hours. Please see our Usage Policy for more details.

Are your prices competitive?
We at Asergis try very hard to reduce our costs, to source low-cost, high-quality providers, and to route the calls we handle to the lowest-cost provider. We believe that we are a very cost effective telecommunications provider for both IAX / SIP termination and international calls.

How often do you adjust your rates?
Historically, we have adjusted our rates several times each year, and usually the rates have DECREASED as we negotiated better and better contracts for internally call rates from our suppliers. We at Asergis are committed to bringing our customers high quality telecom services at reasonable prices.

What is Asergis's Privacy Policy?
In general terms, Asergis respects its customer's privacy and is committed to the protection of all of its customer's information. The information collected by Asergis will only be used at Asergis. Unless the customer gives Asergis written consent, we will not disclose any customer information to any third parties. Please see our Privacy Policy for more details.

How does Asergis protect my information?
Asergis takes all reasonable steps to ensure that all information we collect is stored in a secure environment accessed only by authorised persons. To protect the security of all credit card information, we employ the industry-standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology. We also encrypt your credit card number when we store your order and whenever we transfer that information to participating merchants. Please see our Privacy Policy for more details.

Do you support 999 for the service you provide through Asergis?
This is currently not available on our system, but we are looking at implementing these services.

What protocols and codecs do we support?
We support the SIP and IAX2 protocols for all origination and termination services. We support the G.711 and G.729 codecs for all origination and termination services at this time as well.

How can I assess your call quality?
We believe our call quality is among the best in our market space, and our customers who agree as well. Since one measure of quality is the number "hops" your message will take, you may want to "ping" some of our servers.

How can I view my usage and balance?
When you have established an account, you will be given access to a real time Call Detail Records (CDR) portal which will show you activity, balance and allow you to add funds and view call records as needed.

What makes you a good choice for our voice traffic?
Asergis is a wholesale provider dedicated to serving call centers with a high quality, reasonably priced product. We provide 24x7 emergency support and constantly monitor our network performance. All of our connections to our providers stay within our facility; we don't just dump your traffic out to the public Internet and hope it gets there.

Do you have a free trial?
Not at this time. You may ping our provided IP address above to test your connection to us. We have an option to prepay for £25.00 of time. We believe this is more than fair to setup an account for you to conduct your own trials if you are looking for a wholesale account.

Why do you requirement prepayment?
Because we work with customers around the world, we recognise that it's sometimes hard to track people down if they don't pay. Prepayment is also the standard for our industry.

Can I get help setting things up?
We will do our best to respond to your support tickets and emails in a helpful and timely manner. We also have sample configurations to help you get started on our customer portal.

Can I port my DDI or Free phone number to you?
Yes, we currently offer a variety of porting services. Please contact us for more details.
